シアトルのバス Seattle Bus

NYCからシアトルに移って来てビックリしたことの一つ。バスに乗ってる車内の人たちの様子がどうもかなり違う気がする。NYの地下鉄は、乗ったらストリートパフォーマーが演奏してたりとか、車内でパフォーマーがいきなりブレイクダンスを始めちゃって、挙げ句に人間車輪（注：二人の人が手と足をつなぎ合って、車輪のようにゴロゴロ回転しながら移動する、ぶつかられると痛そうなパフォーマンス）やってたりとか、ドアの横で、ドアが閉まる前に鳴るピンポンっていう電子音のまねをずーっとやってるおっちゃんとか、地下鉄の中はある種ビックリするようなことが普通に起きちゃう感じはあるんだけど、バスはちょっぴりおとなしめだった気がする。

エキセントリックな人ってどこにでも居るけど、今日シアトルのバスで見かけた人はちょっぴりスペシャル級（汗）。いつものようにバスに乗ってたら、あるバス停で、人が居なかったのでバスが通過しようとしたところ、そのバス停に向かって進行中だった道行く女の人がどうやらバスに乗りたかったらしく、自分のバス停を通過しようとした運転手さんを通りから大声で一喝。

ASSHOLE!!!!!!! （意地悪！！！）

窓は閉じられていたのに、乗客の大半に聞こえたらしく、バスの中大爆笑！シアトルの新緑の五月はこんな感じです（笑）←どんな感じなんだ！？

When I moved to Seattle, I was surprised by Seattle bus passengers as they are so different in New York. In New York, you can see something or someone surprising or unexpected, like street performers playing instruments or breakdancing in the subway cars, but not in the bus. But in here, you see so many interesting people onboard. Today, when I was riding, the bus passed through the bus stop as no one was waiting there. Then, there was this lady walking toward the bus stop to take the bus, and the bus just left the stop right before she got there...of course accidentally...then she screams,

ASSHOLE!!!!

to the bus driver... Though all the windows were closed, seems like everyone in the bus heard it, and bursted into laughter :p
